State visibility: a surveillance threat modelΒΆ

A greenhouse was built to be seen into. The question is who designed it, who holds the keys, and whether the plants inside ever agreed to be on display. This model maps how nation-state surveillance operates in the EU context: the legal framework that permits it, the commercial infrastructure that extends it, and the layered consequences for citizens, civil society, companies, and the EU itself.

Because knowing who holds the keys to the greenhouse is not paranoia. It is a design question.
